Passport to Africa 5 (Zambia & Namibia) DVD

Product Description
The yearning for adventure is in us all, only some have the passion to follow that need. Adventurer Gary Bogner follows his passion for hunting the mighty and meek, and makes his 5th journey to the dark continent.
The first leg of the 5th African adventure takes Gary to the wooded savannah plains of central Zambia. The area offers several unique, indigenous species that Gary wishes to harvest, including the Puku, Crawshays Defassa Waterbuck. Tall dry grass then gives Gary trouble stalking the elusive Oribi, the small antelope playing a game of "cat and mouse" in the open plains and Gary finally gets to take a shot on the normally nocturnal Chobe Bushbuck in the midday heat.
Gary then moves to the harsh desert environment of Northern Namibia, a land of dry scrub, rolling mountains and little water. It is amazing that any animals survive in this hot dry climate, but many desert loving antelope thrive, including Gemsbok, Springbok, and the largest of the Antelope, the Eland. Gary enjoys thrilling hunts on them all, but the highlight of the entire trip is the opportunity to take the 11 lb Damara Dik Dik, the smallest of subsaharan Africa's antelope.
Once again, Gary demonstrates the art of the bow hunter, with patience and an eye for the perfect shot, waiting for the moment to arrive, be it on the biggest or smallest of prey.
